You went on your trip and something unforeseen happened, right? That is why you purchased your travel protection plan with APRIL; we are here to help out with those unplanned events. In order for April to help you, please prepare the required documents depending on the event that occurred. This way we can respond more quickly to your request.

There are several ways to begin this process that we detail here for you. We want to change your perception of the way a typical “insurance” company deals with claims. If we do please let us know by leaving your testimonial with us!

Sometimes this is not always possible so we do have claims forms and want to make the process as painless as possible. Stress Less Benefits

When you are traveling, call our assistance line when you run into an issue. The April team will coordinate the solution and pay the necessary expenses so you avoid the hassle of claims forms when you arrive home. YES, we mean NO CLAIMS FORMS with our Stress Less Benefits. We pay the provider directly so you can continue on with your trip and have no reason to call us when you get home since everything will have been taken care of while away on your trip! Isn’t that STRESS LESS?

Need to file a claim: Here are the steps to follow:

Send all documentation by email (Claims [at] apriltravelprotection [dot] com) or postal mail
(APRIL Travel Protection, Attn: Claims Department; 11900 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 600, Miami, FL 33181). Make sure that you
include the following information:

1. Necessary proof of documentation for claim
2. Claims Forms

Or Call Us
Call our toll-free assistance line in the US (855-APRIL-US or 855-277-4587) and have the following information on hand:
1. Plan Number / Policy Number
2. Date of birth of policy holder
3. Phone number where we can call you with any questions

Step 2

Claims processing
We do our best to get you reimbursed no longer than 30 days from the date when we have received all necessary forms and documentation to process your claim.
